Olore tensed anew;his muscles bunching and rippling. His starry blue eyes narrowed and flared with deep sapphirine light. Silver-white light rippled through and limned his form as he snorted with deep disgust and struck out with a foreleg. White light flared where the hoof connected.
Concerned,Elestirne turned her gaze on the stallion. Olore what is...she ceased the thought as she sensed it also. Her breath hissed inwards as her frame stiffened. Dark magic...powerful and evil..snaking and insidious..familiar and tainted. She shuddered, trying to rid herself of the feeling. A lich was here, and it was he that was responsible for the undead problems, she sensed intuitively. If he was here...
There! Olore hissed. Elestirne followed his gaze and saw a dark, cloaked figure materialize from an alley, hasten to Cedric's Inn and disappear inside. It might have been her imagination but she was sure she saw it flinch as it passed hers' and Olore's line of sight. Nor were they the only ones to have noticed.
Another-the one with tiger features-had seen as well and moved swiftly to the inn. Elestirne sensed the telepathic message at the same time as she sensed the undead falling back...no..being forced back, and saw Tsukasa and Nichtmar. Once more, she made a swift decision. Telepathically, she ordered her elves to pull away from the barrior and fall back to safety,a feeling of foreboding prickling at her. Turning, she caught Authnor's eye. "Go to Nichtmar,"she instructed firmly. "Keep our elves back and away from the undead. The villagers and Guard too,if you can. There is powerful dark magic here-magic connected to the undead-and it feels as though something might happen. I want no chances."
With that, she and Olore started for the inn. Before they had taken more than a few steps she noticed Tsukasa break away from Nichtmar and head the same direction, and the door open to reveal the strange woman..and the other. They slowed slightly to watch as the man with tiger features challenged the pair. Olore tossed his head, pawing the ground;tension radiating from him palpably. His eyes still flared angrily and silver-white light still limned him in a shimmering halo, visible only to those with magic. Elestirne placed a hand on his neck and tried to calm him. She could feel his anger palpably, his desire to follow his instinct, charge forward and finish off both of the evil ones...Olore wait. They are not yet aware of us. I know you yearn to strike them down but you ought to wait to see what happens before you act.
The silver stallion snorted mentally, ears flat back-deeply displeased and unhappy-but consented. I will wait Elestirne, but only to see what the tiger-man and Tsukasa do. If it is plain they cannot handle the situation I will step in,with or without you.

Giggles felt his crown stir, for the soul trapped inside had hope of being rescued. He used just a bit of will to gain control again. "I guess there's no need for this disguise anymore." After he said that his human form faded and in it's place was a skeleton with out any rot on him, cold blue flames sometimes appeared and disappeared over him. Re-enforcements are on the way I just have to wait a little while longer. "You know father's still among us. I have him prisoner in my th-" Tigron had taken a swipe at him with his sword. Giggles lifted his right hand to bloke and he was moved a few steps and his arm was cracked at the point of impact. It healed in an instant. "I'm more powerful then the last time we met. For instance." He sent a curse at his brother, that made him feel like a thousand blades assailed him.

Tigron only felt pain for a small amount of time before it was dissipated instantly. "magic wont save you.....I have some abilities of my own you don't know of yet..." He lifts his tiger claw hand up palm facing giggles. It starts to glow and then becomes engulfed in a bright light. suddenly giggles is sent flying back and through the back wall of the inn. there now is a hole where his chest once was...Tigron moves quickly as a flash of light and now appears behind giggles. "now cmon little brother. surely that didn't hurt that much for one who gloats as much as you." giggles fires another puny spell at tigron who instantly disappears and is now in giggles face. "how about i use a move you once tried on me when you realized i was no longer just a human." he draws a bit of power into his claw then takes a vicious and swift swing across giggles left cheek, disintegrating immediately behind the force of the blow also sending giggles flying back into the inn. he hears Raku shudder in awe. Thought she might like that.......true speed. hmmmm "RRROOOOAAAARRRR i told you i will not rest until Giles is free. you better give up or this will get ugly" tigron looks at Raku whom still stands shocked by the events that have just transpired. "i told you, you could leave unpursued or suffer the consequences"

Nichtmar noticed the oddity of the group assembling at the center of town. They were the Fallen. He barked orders at a few guards and they headed for Cedric’s Inn. Each reappeared from the inn with a vat of oil and Nichtmar grabbed a torch. They tossed the oil over the undead. The ogre threw the torch at them. The fire began to consume them any that tried to leave had their head lopped off by a guard.
It was a gruesome site.
To a guard “Clean this up when it’s over.”
Nichtmar headed for Elestirne. “In a few days, we’re heading for Ravenwood. We’re going to kill them all.”
(This will lead up to 3/13 practice. And we’ll have a little undead fun.)

Raku casted a quick spell that granted her speed to match that of the strange man. She then went to face him.
"How dare you strike Giles-san like that."
She swung her katana at the stomach of the strange man, hoping to cause great harm to him.

Giggles barely stood as he howled in pain. "The pain! It hurts beyond my comprehensions! It feels like agony! It- just kidding....." As he said this he passed his left hand over his broken skull and blue flames followed. For just a moment a human face appeared over the injury but it quickly disappeared and the skull was made whole. "And if you couldn't tell by the skeletal form I have no vital organs." The blue flames erupted from there and once more for a mere moment it appeared to be a living human's chest but instantly went skeletal. Giggles was no longer in pain but his new found powers were not without limit. He had healed himself at nearly a quarter of his power and now he sensed someone had destroyed his undead and his one Fallen among them. "Raku, thank you for the distraction but help will be here shortly. Or we may leave now. Either way I'm having fun and if my brother wants a fight then he can have one.: Upon saying that he quickly grabbed a peasant woman who was hiding to avoid the conflict. "If he doesn't mind this whore dying that is." While in his grasp she turned as white snow. Her breath was chilled and it almost appeared as the life was all but drained from her. "Your choice. Let us pass or she dies. What say you brother?"

Elestirne barely moved when Nichtmar came up to her from behind, along with Authnor and her elves;betraying only the slightest of signs that she knew they were there. She had heard the commotion as the undead were torched-the leader that had raised them included-and was glad she had pulled her elves back when she had.
Her eyes were fixed on the struggle between the lich, the strange-woman and the tiger-man and she watched the trio intently, as did Olore;trying to guage the situation and if she should assist or not... Tsukasa had not yet confronted them, though he was still headed in that direction.
She heard Nichtmar's words though, and answered him, with a brief glance of her silver eyes. "The undead taint and problems originate from there, so I have learned, and it is an undead plague that has stricken Kanthea. And if I am not mistaken, yon lich there is the 'Master' the undead spoke to me of..Olore and I can sense his power...and Olore longs to strike him down, as you have done with his minions. As for the others I know not..but the woman was at the gate and it is my guess that she is the one Tsukasa has been hunting..she too, has taint and dark magic about her." Now she did turn to face the ogre-knight and her elves-though Olore kept his gaze on the strange trio.
"If you mean to attack them friend Nichtmar I advise extreme caution. They would be stronger and more powerful on their home ground then they are here and who could tell what tricks and traps may await in that cemetary? And in any case, you should leave due strength here...in case it is a feint to draw your strongest warriors out of the city, and then attack it in your abcence.
"If you wish the aid of proven warriors..."her gaze flickered to Authnor and her elves, "we might accompany, to aid as we might. We elves abhore the undead...they are not of the natural order of things and they are a trheat to the balance of nature we are sworn to protect. Liches especially." Her silver eyes darkened. "And I can sense that it is the undead taint that is part of what is afflicting the land..a part, but not all. If you wish our aid Nichtmar..well then.. But I like not the idea of leaving the city without strong warriors to defend it and I had thought to ride to the Kyuden; to collect my elves that I left there after the battle with the Jovians, and to inform my friends of the dangers, my suspicions and Telmachus's..new form and name.. All things they should learn, and they should learn that I am back. It would not take Olore and I much time to do this, and then we could return with the rest of my elves. However, if you do not plan this for a few days there is time for deciding. But you and I must speak friend."

"OK then Giggles you wanna play that way fine a life for a life. And this book that must be important will be destroyed as well." Tsukasa heard the commotion outside of Cedric's Inn, and as he approached the inn, he saw a strange skelaton holding a peasant hostage. The peasant appeared to be alive, but barely. He also saw Tigron holding Raku. He watched as Tigron seemed to grow a little weaker. He also watched as Raku reversed the hold on Tigron and run him through with her katana. Tsukasa moved in to stop her from giving the killing blow.

Raku jumped back for a moment. Her eyes flash a shade of sickly green for a brief moment. She then gave an evil smirk.
"My dear little samurai. Oh how have I missed you. It was fun killing those peasants. The one woman did not see coming. You have let all these people die. That must bring shame and dishonor to your name. You have yet be able to stop me. If you wish, I will end your life now, so no more shame and dishonor can come to you."
She could see the anger start to burn behind Tsukasa's eyes

Pushing Forward…
It had cost them several Mittelmarch warriors to cross the bridge into Ravenwood. The Fallen seemed numberless. The guard pushed trying to reach the Lich, but he could never be touched. Several brothers and sisters fell and began to rise as undead enemies. The sight was nightmarish. Firoth led the retreat. Nichtmar, Tsukasa, Berrok and Rune where but a few of the injured that were dragged back across the bridge.
The injured filled the Healing Center in Mittelmarch. Nichtmar tossed in a dream. He was alone on the field fighting waves of undead. He saw his own brother Berrok slice his leg. The Lich approached. The ogre’s sword arm was pierced. He dropped his shield and lunged for his sword to strike the Undead Lord, but Berrok and Rune grabbed his arms and the Lich slashed at his chest.
Nichtmar erupted from his slumber. Bandages wrapped around his wounds. He looked around to see all the injured.
“Damnit!!!”
His fury took him from the healing center. He knocked over a random barrel and kicked over a cart.
He dropped to his knees in front of the fountain in the center of town and threw water on his face. He sat there trying to calm himself.

Chuckling a little bit, Masahiro said, "To Arms my undead minions. Giles demands more corpses for his army. Bring forth your fury and death upon the citizens of Mittelmarch. Go forth and bring plague to their doorsteps."
As the many Mittelmarch warriors fell beneath the undead, Masahiro knew it would be a matter of time before their would be a big battle to decide who is stronger. For death was knocking at the very doorstep of both Ravenwood and Mittelmarch. Only time would tell.
Just then an undead guard stepped in front of Masahiro and said, "Milord Hitoshi, several corpses were taken from the battle and stored for raising. We also have your mistress here as well. She has fully recovered from her illness and wishes to see you at once."
"Thank you, be sure to strip those dead of the precious jewels and money they have. It will come in handy when we hire bounties and for assassins. That will be all, Leautenant.", Masahiro said and with that the guard moved off into the distance.
Masahiro knew something must be done to full his campaign for the Lich. He knew that their were corpses laying on the ground all over the place. He knelt down on one knee to the ground and put both hands in front of him, "Alotta livin ecto sempre le levin!", Masahiro said.
The ground started to shake as the newly dead corpses sunk into the earth as a crack opened all the corpses fell into the pit and then the earth sealed itself back up. A few minutes later another rumbling happened only this time, there was many hands, about one hundred of them sprang forth from the ground.
"Rise my undead horde, pay allegiance to Giles, your father to rebirth!", Masahiro yelled, "Go now and march with the others towards Mittelmarch it is time we show them the meaning of fear!!!"

Elestirne, when Nichtmar and the others had ridden to attack Ravenwood, had stayed behind. Not by her choice-she felt she would have been useful there. Authnor and her escort however, had felt that it was too dangerous and that she wold be more help after the battle than during it. They had also argued most convincinly that, whatever protection she had against undead would not prevent her from getting captured in such chaotic circumstances. Olore even, had sided with them, reminding her of her advice that it would be good to leave capable warriors at Mittelmarch to defend the city, and who more fitting for that task than her and her force? So, unhappily, she had stayed, though she had been plagued by unease ever since watching them depart. She had even been thhwarted in her intention to ride to the Kyuden and warn her friends and collect the rest of her elves. It was Authnor that had done so;insisting that he coud carry the message as well as she,and it made no sense to risk her.
Elestirne paced, caught in her thoughts.. Authnor had returned with the rest of her elves-mostly archers,spell-weavers and clerics/healers yesterday...and Nichtmar and those that had gone to Ravenwood had returned as well, many of them injured, some of them as corpses. The sight had sickened her,but it had filled her with purpose. Here at least, was something she was needed and able to do, something that Authnor and her elves could not hold her back from. Along with her clerics and healers, she had dived into the lines of the wounded, lending aid where she could and working side-by-side with the Mittelmarch healers. Nichtmar and Tsukasa and some others she knew of by name and reputation had been among the injured, and these she had paid special care too;making sure there was no taint or anything in their bodies and wounds, and healing the worst of their injuries. While she had been working she had refused to show weariness or pain, but after she had conceded she had done all she safely could without over-taxing herself the weariness had caught up and she had quietly and promptly disappeaed to sleep for a brief time. The corpses all had,as a grim but necessary precaution, been beheaded and burned.
She had woken abrubtly not so very long ago,out of an uneasy sleep and, restless, had slipped out of her room in the Lord's House that Nichtmar had arranged for her and her escort to stay at,and-without waking Authnor or Olore, slipped into the city proper and began to wander through the sleeping city;a drifting, silent ghost in white. After a short time, she found herself near the center and the great fountain, where she espied Nichtmar sitting. Unnoticed, she watched,a motionless statue of moonlight and shadow. Sorrow and sympathy welled in her as she watched;noting her friend's emotional turmoil. She could not begin to guess what thoughts might be going through his mind, the guilt of survival, the helplessness of seeing his friends and comrades cut down... The slender elf-queen stood poised, her fair face troubled as she hesitated between going to him,or leaving him to his thoughts. Very slowly, she shook her head, she had told him they needed to talk and this was so..but perhaps this was not the time..

Before the fight.
"Enough of this!" Giggles said as he tossed the peasant women away. "We are outnumbered here! Raku let's retreat to Ravenwood! I'll call off our rescue and take us their now! Blue flames engulfed them and they had disappeared.
In Ravenwood Giggles collapsed onto the ground. "Raku you have done well in killing my brother. For this I will reward you. But my powers are nearly spent. I must rest for a few days......" As he was speaking the rot of his previous from started to appear again. he was no longer a walking skeleton but more like a desecrated corpse. It was all of his allies that laid him to rest in his throne room and there he plotted revenge on all those that deweled in Mittlemarch. A few days pass and he was about to set his plans in motion until a scout told him of soldiers coming to Ravenwood.
OOC: I'll post the details I have o the battle after I have Nichtmar look over them.

I found out why I'm reacting like this) She leans up kissed him on his soft loving lips, hold him tight to where she will never let go. She rose her head up and told him,"We have a full blooded vampire baby Masahiro. Have you been hearing the voice calling out to ya? Because I did, it was saying mommy... mommy... can you hear me mommy."
She look over at what Masahiro was stairing at, and then looked back at him. "Neh kel?" (What's wrong?) as she gripped Masahiro tightly like she was terrified.

Tigron awakes from his slumber. He raises up and sits on a bed in what
looks like a center for healing. "whe.....where am I....am I.....dead...." he
smacks himself across the face real hard. "owww....guess not" as he
looked at his hand he remembered the battle that had recently unfolded,
seeing now that his Tiger claw was gone and only a normal hand was
there. He panics and looks all over himself. " darnit...where is my tiger
skin...my.." he sees a white tiger skin scrap draped over the
headboard. "It feels familiar, but what does this mean....my
abilities....they seem to have vanished.....what do I do now..." Still in
pain, he grabs the skin scrap and ties it around his head. "I have got to
get out of here and figure out exactly where here is" he manages to find
his way to an exit. He realizes he is now is facing the center of town.
and sees Nichtmar on his knees in front of the fountain. "Nichtmar sir.
It's all my fault. I could not stop him. My brother....he should have been
no more.....I failed you and all of Mittelmarch..I don't deserve to be here
serving you, but know this.....Somehow someway I have to stop
him....Only I can....I must prove myself to you, to
mittelmarch...........and........my father" he feels energy flow through him
once again but more-so than before. he now sees both of his hands
replaced by white furry claws and his vision in both eyes sharpens as his
whole face becomes that of a white were-tiger, along with his legs and
forearms.the scrap he tied around his head now forms a tail behind
him "RRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR"
thinking to himself "What... this is....incredible......I now see what it is I
was missing. It was not enough to want power for revenge against the
loss of my brother and family. I must also protect every innocent person
and creature there is." he now speaks to Nichtmar. "I must go now and
prepare myself for the final showdown with my brother in Ravenwood. I
will not lose this time. I CANNOT LOSE THIS TIME!!!!!!" A flash or intense
but calming blue light engulfs tigron as he vanishes instantly

Nichtmar threw some water on his ogre face and turned to Tigron as got up.
“Nonsense, the fault comes from enemy, and myself for underestimating them.”
Nichtmar pats him on the shoulder, “Now get some food and rest. This isn’t over yet.”
Nichtmar saw Elestirne past Tigron. “If you’d excuse me…” Nichtmar made his way to the elvin queen. He wiped the water from his face and put his hands on his belt. “These “Fallen” are stronger than I imagined. We supplied them with troops. When ours were slain, their necromancers would rise them up to fight us. We need a different tactic. We need magic, We need the gods help...I don’t know. What do you suggest?”

Tsukasa laid on the bed in the healing center. He tried to sit up but every movement he made sent a wave of pain that seemed to focus on his ribs. With some minor difficulties, he was able to get himself sitting on the edge of the bed. He allowed himself to think about the battle with the undead, and it reminded him of the stories that his mother would tell him of the mighty Crab armies standing on the wall and protecting the Empire of Rokugan against the undead of the Shadowlands. Then he thoughts went back to the battle and all of the Mittelmarch soldiers that gave up their lives. He gave a quick prayer for their souls. He then gave a prayer to his god for guidance.
After he was done praying, he decided to go for a walk. He need time to clear his mind. He walked the streets of Mittelmarch in slight pain. He decided to go toward the gates and spend some time outside of the city.

Masahiro could see the many newly dead corpses being brought from the very battle that laid before him. He turned to see his beloved Mistress walking towards him. After she had told him about their baby, Masahiro knew she must be kept safe.
"Incondra dear, please keep that baby safe and sound. I want you to stay away from the battling no matter what.", Masahiro said with some urgency.
Seeing that the undead were done ransacking a couple villages, they brought a few sacks full of gold and copper and silver as well as gemstones of various sorts. Delighted to see that he had raised so much to get this much Masahiro took the sacks and set them inside of a small chest that seemed like it would not fit any of it inside. It was an enchanted chest of holding, he kept these for safe keeping.
Knowing the Giles wanted Masahiro to prove his loyalty, he had ordered that woman and children be enslaved for Giles and the men were to be killed and beheaded. The heads were to be put upon the very pikes they fought with and the bodies were to be eaten so that the Undead would gain more power for the upcoming battle yet to come.
"Bha'allack, my dark servant, come forth!", Masahiro called as he summoned him.

*Masahiro had turned and pointed to the Undead that were standing in formations.*
Bha'allack knew what must be done, nodding his head he said, "Yes Milord, I shall lead the march and bring the undead to the very gates of MittelMarch. Shall I call in for the Wyverns as well?"
*Masahiro said nothing but nodded in approval*
Bha'allack knew that he must obey his lordship and bring honor and death to all that opposed him. He walked to the front and yelled, "Minions of Hitoshi, March to Death and Decay. Bring your scourge upon those who oppose. Call for the Wyverns! Call for the Demons! Let us make some noise to shatter the walls of Mittelmarch! Hhhhhooorrrahhhh!"
And with this all the undead came alive with more ferocity and vigor than what was once before.

Elestirne shook her head before looking up at the ogre, who stood taller than her six-foot height. Her silver eyes were dark in thought and sorrow. "Ordinary tactics will not work. What I did with the Jovians will not work... If we destroy their master..we destroy all of them..but doubtless the lich is heavily protected.. The tiger-man might have a chance but I think it would take more than one person to bring him down.
"If what I learned is right..he and Telamon are working together, presumably for the same goal.. If we remove Telamon we'll have a better chance..but the only ones that have stood against him and come away unscathed are myself,Olore and Tatsumura.." Her eyes darkened further. "As for these 'Fallen'..magic yes, we need, holy magic specifically..or blessed weapons. You cannot hope to best them with ordinary means. I have some clerics among those left here last winter. They can cast spells and enchantments to aid us,but I do not know if it will be enough. And there is no time to try to send for more of my people, or for aid from elsewhere..
"Unfortunately...very few of you have protection from taint-save a few such as you, Tsukasa, the tiger-man and others I may have touched with my magic.. My elves are protected to a degree, and nothing undead can harm me or Olore.. But there is only one of me,and only one of Olore, and we cannot be everywhere at once, nor protect everyone. And the storm is coming swiftly...Ravenwood will retaliate and attack.." She paused though, as a thought struck her. "I and mine will help you Nichtmar-as shall Olore-with as much aid as we can give. Olore and I especially, will do all we can to protect Mittemarch. Olore is much more than he seems or lets on, and I..I have divine favor and magic. We-someone-should ride back to the kyuden and ask their aid. Every little bit is a blessing and I know there are those among them with abiities to deal with the undead, even Fallen. Olore and I are the only ones who would make it in time though. Anyone else would be too late."
Her gaze lanced into the ogre-knight with unusual intensity. "We can be gone now and no-one would be the wiser. My elves will be wroth with me-Authnor especially I think-but desperate times call for desperate measures and I refuse not to do all I can to help Mittelmarch."

The fool claims a small army for himself!.... Let him have it.... It took all of Giggle's will power to let Masahiro have even that. He feared he may retaliate but he wasn't quite sure what he would do. He ordered the women and children to be brought to the cemetery and hidden in it's underground catacombs, their role would be decided by Mittelmarch. "Yes we shall retaliate.....when the time is right! Save the meat! I shall return when one who has authority over me comes. In the meantime..... Arsehead!!!!" The stumbling 'man' came at his master's call. "Take our fastest Risen steed and go to Mittelmarch. Carry the colors of neutrality but have no disguise. I want to parlay before the battle. Contact me through the usual means!." Arsehead was off on his journey to Mittelmarch. It would take him several days to get there. "In the mean time, I'll wait for the order to attack. March half way there and hold till I arrive! Masahiro and whatever that 'thing' is head out!" Giggles went to his throne room. "Wait and see father. Your eldest son is dead and none will be able to stop me now! Soon all will know either peace through my will or the peace of the grave!" He awaited Telamon knowing he would draw near soon.

Tsukasa sat down by a tree that was just outside the city wall. He closed his eyes and started to mediate like he had learned when he was with the Togashi monks back during his time in the Dragon Clan lands. As he meditated he could feel some of the stress and weariness leave his body. The pain seemed to lessen too. His heart still felt a heavy though at the lost of so many good men. Men that will never be able to see their families again. After spending some time outside of the city he walked back in.
As he walked back into town, he saw Nichtmar and Lady Elestirne talking. As he watched the two, a wave of sorrow for Nichtmar swelled up inside of him. He could only imagine what he must of been going through. He was the one that led the assault on Ravenwood and he was one of the few that survived it. It must be hard for him. Tsukasa continued to walk through the town.

Elestirne's intense gaze turned sympathetic, and her voice lowered briefly. "I heard what you said to the tiger-man my friend. Do not blame yourself for surviving when so many others did not. Their deaths are not on your hands and are not your fault. I warned you that they would be stronger on their home ground but, even so, it is not your fault for underestimating them. You did what you thought was right by taking the initiative to attack them. Now we have an idea of their strength. Better that,Nichtmar, than to not have attacked, and have no idea of what we were up against when they come knocking on Mittelmarch's door. You did the only thing you could have done. Do not blame yourself. It is the past now..we must look to and think for the future, and the attack I sense will come." She did not touch him,but sympathy and understanding were in her eyes. "I know what you feel my friend."
She paused a moment, sensing a familiar presence. Turning, just slightly, she saw Tsukasa. He was too far away to hear what they were saying, but she was sure he had recognized them. She could sense his pain, but it was not nearly as intense as it had been when she had been healing him and the others.. She also sensed a feeling of peace about the man, mingled with guilt and suspected it had to be about the attack. Briefly, she thought of calling out to him, then decided against it. Mayhaps after Nichtmar and I finish speaking I will seek him out..
She turned fully back to Nichtmar. "Friend, you know some of what Olore and I are capable of. If we send anyone to the kyuden to ask their aid,we are the best choices. Besides, the kyuden owes me a favor, should I ever ask it. And I feel we have not much time. If Ravenwood has already launched their attack, then they will reach here in a few days at least. What are your thoughts Nichtmar? It is risky I know-Telamon may well be waiting for just such an opportunity-but you are in need."

Nichtmar listened to Elestirne. He wondered why she’d want to ever take such a chance.
“I can’t ask you to do that, but I won’t stop you if you choose to.”
Nichtmar looked across the merchant circle. “We do need help. If you don’t mind I’d like to have your priests bless our weapons.”
He grinned, “Couldn’t hurt.”
