Aside from the Mace of Chastisement, do any of anyone's weapons have names? I'm trying to think of something for the glaive and blue I'm making this weekend.

my Old Red mace was "Bertha"
I had a Red Axe named "BFA" which stood for Big F***ing Axe

I have names for most of my live steel, at least the ones that have meaning to me... But, a foam weapons life is transitory at best, at least mine, anyway, so they rarely have the opportunity to earn a name.

I'm toying with naming one of my weps after an ex-girlfriend out of spite, half because she would think it was so stupid, half because it would be the most vicious of weapons. Either that, or Gary. Gary the Glaive. Maybe Gustoph

I named Faydh's double ended thing Fluffy.
All instruments of destruction should have a name like Fluffy ;D

Taos is naming his new glaive/naginata "Fang". I painted a target on my black shield, so it's now "Bullseye".

Bishop gave me his two daggers ;D And so I must name them.
The bigger one is Siira, named after the goddess of chaos in one of the stories/comics that I'm writing and drawing. The smaller one is Mialee, after the goddess of Order from the same story.
And when Faydh and I build my flail I'll name it either Magia (the world in which the story takes place) or Midian (after Faydh's and my favorite Cradle of Filth cd n_n)
I can't decide which... -_-;;

Don't worry Alric, Dhugal and I and maybe Shovak too have been keeping Sao on a strict "No attempt at wrap-shots diet."
Dhugal told her a few preemptive things about problems people have with flails, and she has been learning well. Plus, she isn't attempting to use the flail with a shield, so it isn't the cheese setup that seems so popular nowadays.
By the way, does anyone know what sort of foam goes into the punch shields?
On to the topic, I have decided that my spear is Foranoth, and my mace is Gelraget. These were the original huge branches that allowed me to develop arm strength years before Dagorhir. I miss Gelraget, I could break stacks of bricks with him.... Ah, nostalgia... ah, tangents.

My sword is named Gail. Apparently its Norse for "Cheerful", but I thought it evoked the speed and power of strong winds.

I have a rather large red axe named "Butterfly", 'cause it was the nickname Arioch gave me a million years ago, and he was part of the Brotherhood of the Red Axe, which I was thinking of trying to get into at the time.
I want to build a "little person" friendly red axe, as mine turned out to be unusuable except by anyone that weighed over 180. *shrugs* oops

My new sword (the black one) is named Gareth. It's Norse for "Defender", since I mostly use that weapon for blocking. Plus Gail and Gareth sound good together.

I've named the sword Zaron made me.It is Avale, which means goddess in elven.
I should take some time out to learn elven... I know a few words.... but not many....

My new weapons (which some of you got to see on Saturday): The axe is Aldric, which means "fiery spirit". The cute little sidearm is named Norbert, which means "Hero" (although to be honest, it's pretty much named after Hagrid's baby dragon).
Also, I've just written the names of all my weapons on the pommels in Sandarin.

And here I was thinking that Norbert was just a silly-ish sounding cute name for a sword...
My mace is Gelraget. My swords are Kokoro and Karada (Japanese for soul and body.) And my spear is Foranoth... I loves it so.
