finally, an upside to my job.
we recently got a shipment of projector bulbs, and guess what that comes shipped in.
lots of good quality open cell.
so far i have counted 2 full bricks. which measure 7x7 inches and 2 inches thick.
13 half bricks. 7x3-4 inches at 2 inches thick
and 7 quarter bricks at about 3x3 at about an inch and a half thick.
as well as 4 oddly cut oblong peices, good for cutting into padding for a weapon that strikes a bit to hard.
this stuff makes great stabbing tips, and arrow heads. so next time i go to Z's i'll leave the box of it there for you all to enjoy. thats right, i give MM the gift, of open cell. ;D

We can still leave some stuff in my garage, just not everything including all the messes like we used to.

Heck, I want a stash of the stuff so I don't have to ask too often. If we nee a place to store it, I'll talk to Kazzel about holding a small amount. Foam is what we seem to be using our storage space for anyway.

Shed's not a great place to store weapons; temperature changes aren't great for DAP. Moving weapons from heat (inside a house) to cold (car trunk, shed, et cetera) causes the molecules in DAP to expand, then shrink when you go back. Over time, this causes issues. ESPECIALLY if you do it within the first day or even week of a weapon's life. You gotta let DAP cure in its preferred temperature range (60-80, I think) for a while.

The shed's for unworked foam. The weapons stay on our couch and laze around. Lazy weapons, why can't they get a job? Everything else stays indoors too.

Grund has slept in my bed with me every night, until he feels comfortable enough to sleep alone with the others.

Y'know it's kinda creepy when you name and SLEEP with your weapons. It's like you're expecting ninjas or something.

A weapon without a name, is a weapon without a soul...Only when a weapon is so awesome it deserves a name. (As in the case of Grund and Ploppy) Or when its earned a name. (Quick & mighty the florentine axes, bazana my dagger and Doric my waraxe.)
Its a warrior thing...Thats why you dont understand my friend.

Your weapons have not earned names, because you callously KILL them.
