The Jovian Empire: Their whole empire morphed into the west side of the Iron Mountains. There armor is blood red and they are many. They are well organized. In the distance you can see their tallest spire. There has been a few trading blows, but nothing serious, yet.

Emperor Dracus Thrawn: He is the latest of a long line of emperors in the Jovian empire. Leadership is taken by the strongest, he may be challenged for his position at anytime, but those who have are all dead. His skill with the long blade is unmatched.
He has ruled for nearly 10 years now and conquered all of his enemies in his realm, but now he is here in the Land Between.

Generals

Shatar: He believes in honor and duty to his Emperor he echoes Thrawn’s command to the troops.

Drad: He is a brute in combat, carrying a large glaive, he commands the auxiliary.

R’tiir: He is in charge of the Shadow. He has a small visceral team of agents that are used for missions that require a subtle but instant resolution.

I would say they all know english, perhaps the could also speak latin.

Don't forget that part of the Land's magic is that no matter what languages you know or don't know, everyone always understands one another. The Duc Daemont D'Marques and the elven sage Taos Levanon both researched this matter, but there is little to be found. That knowledge seems to have been lost to the ages.
