okay, seriously, the pants you see there are actually not pants at all. I mean, there are pants, you just cant see them. I can tell you how I made my pants, though, if you like.
what you mostly see there is a green skirt under a black skirt. You can buy whatever skirt colors you want at whatever good will/thrift store you want. Take the skirt you want to show underneath and slit it up the seams (or if theres only one, just make two slits opposite each other) until you have only about 4-6 inches to the band. wear this one with the slits in the front and back. with your second primary skirt (this is so manly) slit it up the sides and with that particular pair I am wearing, i slit it up the front as well. wear it with the two slits on the side, and one up the middle and you have a sweet layering effect for 6 bucks with no sewing, plus they're easy to throw on or off real quick if you got an elestic waistline. easy
