We'll do weapons check as weapons come through. Speaking of, MMers who can get there earlier to help with weapons check, would be great! Garb isn't enforced, but strongly suggested.

How long are we expecting this event to run?

that really depends Kotaro, i would say it will not be over before 5 at the earliest, but there may well be fighting till dusk, it really does depend on when everyone wants to be done/leaves, most likely 6:30 or 7 if past day events hold true

well i am having my birthday party that day(b-day is 06/01) at cosmic bowl that night and i was bringing some friends to the event. Do they need waivers, or is it gunna be an over-glorified practice? And we might have a picnic afterwards at holiday park if anyone brings stuff.

Always assume that you need waivers for any event. A day event is, in fact, different from a practice, and also tends to bring people out from other realms. Personally, I will not be bringing anything for a picnic, as I will probably leave once the fighting dies for the day and I've gone through my testing. Don't forget that you also need your waiver signed by your parent/legal guardian (and notarized, I think, though don't quote me).

i know i will try to get it, but my friend it will be harder for him to get it and if he don't need it his parents won't go through all the trouble.

Yes, you need a waiver. If you are under 18, you need a waiver signed by your parents and notarized for any events; overnight or day-trip. You can find the waiver from the main Dagorhir website. Its not hard to obtain, and all it takes is a trip to the bank to get the seal you need. I'm not helping run this event, but I know that if you get there and they say they don't need it, at least you have it. Its never a bad thing to be more 'safe than sorry.'

Tari said it first Rojji, but I will make it official. Yes everyone attending this event MUST have a waiver on file with the realm of Mittelmarch. If you do not have one you will be expected to bring one the day of the practice, and if you are under the age of 18 if must be notarized. On another note to all who are not over 18 yet, it is a good idea to bring a notarized waiver to every event you go to, even if you think you have a waiver on file with the realm and i would suggest you always bring one with you

Rojji remember to have your healing poems checked when you arrive, and it will be up to the field heralds if you are allowed to use it that day so check with them as well
