thank you sigfa and kotaro, once they find out you booked a cabin spot, they'll just look at you and say "no" pre reg out of towners are first. so better bring a tent bud.

1. Cathan is correct on this one guys Cabin spots are for out of town guests only, even if they aren't all taken in pre-reg, they are first come first serve for those who travel, but anyone in mittelmarch has the option to drive home and sleep in their bed if they choose, whereas several people come from hundreds of miles away, we need to keep the cabins open for them.
2. The minimum age to be on the field in Mittelmarch is only 14 with a signed and notorized waiver. As far as can you stay the night the answer is yes with an adult chaperon who is willing to take responsibility for you and we get that in writing

The word is "adult chaperon" not parent. Worse comes to worse, I can sign the waiver and vouch for you.

I didn't realize we extended the 14 thing to interrealm events as well. Didn't want to see any little kids get creamed. Also Rojji, like they said just has to be an adult chaperone, though you do need a notarized waiver signed by your actual parent i believe. I've chaperoned for people before, but it's always best to have someone that knows you. Looks like Kyosuke-san is looking out for you

This is a question mark: "?". It's used to denote questions. For example:
And how old is an adult chaperone? And how does food work?
To answer these questions:
By legal standards, an adult is at least 18 years old. Unless someone says otherwise, this can probably be assumed in this circumstance.
And as far as I know (which means, I didn't really attend the O's for any real measure of time last year, so I'm making another assumption), your troll payment covers your food.
If any of the above is wrong, please correct me.
Yours truly,
~ Dorian

In years past, Troll payment covers the saturday night feast. Food beyond that is on your own. In some years there has been a concession booth open, otherwise there are a few places within driving distance or you can bring your own. Adult chaperone means someone 18 or over. I chaperoned when I was 20 for a pair of people. Just keep in mind that your behavior is reflected on your chaperone and that if for any reason you were to do something that merited being asked to leave the event (not saying you're going to ) your chaperone would be asked to leave as well.

a word for those of you considering chaperoning for a minor, this makes you personally responsible for this minors health, and safety. This means you really need to know and understand that you are the one who will get in trouble if that minor is being stupid and for some reason or another gets in trouble. Think very carefully before you agree to be a chaperon for someone, and decide whether you can handle this responsibility.
On another note rojji your father is welcome, and there will not be a huge issue about garb, but i would prefer that he come out to a practice before the O's and talk to some of us about what to expect, this goes for everyone under the age of 18 as well, this event will be hosted for and by adults and there will be adult situations going on, they need to know this before you commit to attending, and they need to know what you are walking into

Rojji no offense meant here, but he still needs to come out and talk to us. So far i believe you have been to one day event? not exactly sure, but i am almost certain you have never been to a camp-out, which are a different story all together. In any case your father or mother still need to know what you are going to be exposed to, and if they are still uncomfortable with it, you have no business being at the O's.

so with the cabins thing... has Aethenu reserved cabin 1 each year or just kind of grabbed it? I haven't really been in on decision making in years past until I became the 'in-charge' guy of Aethenu...

Also, fair warning to ALL people coming to the event.
Its zero tolerance this year. If your underage and caught drinking, you will be ejected from the event. No refund.
