If you mean blades on both ends, likea bladed quarter- staff....no.
If you mean 2 blades on the same end, yes.

Well really the quarter staff is not illegal but its not bladed though. But both sides are a striking surface.

Roji- when you get spinning a weapon like that around, it's extremely hard to control blade direction. It becomes a safety area because people flat each other with their weapon. It has to be cylindrically padded so that nomatter what side of the weapon you hit the person with, you'll hit them with a padded striking surface. There are some other rules as well, so I'd suggest going over the dagorhir rules carefully. Also: Because of the safety requirements in a quarter staff there are VERY few people who can use them very effectively. Tell your friend to keep that in mind.
