makes sense, but how many districts we talking? Obviously humans will be one but is Harrow gonna separate all the non-humans into their individual races, then restrict them to said district?

I was thinking more for long term, not setup by Harrow necessarily,
Traders, Dwarven, Noble, etc
It's not that only those types can live there, just something to help with RP.

hmmm, before the jovians and even a lil while during I kinda always figured the races were spread evenly throughout the city. But it would makes sense for Harrow to 'redistrict' the residents of MM and even for the groupings to linger when or if he is disposed of.

theres an above ground and a below ground dwarven district....the below ground one is bigger then you might expect.

and includes Cedric's, Sewer access, and I believe goes clear out to the library for some reason....
