Once i get a sword made is there ways to practice at home? I have heard people using training similar to SCA but would a heavy bag work? If nothing else to build strength and muscle memory? Im a bit of a weakling

free weights for your arms would prolly work......as for muscle memory I'd stick to practices. That way you can learn about different types of shots and how to improve your form.

A heavy bag works good in developing basic shots and wraps. When it comes to developing good shot targeting and placement, a human body cant be beat.
Like Zig said, free weights and weight training in general is a great way to build strength. Same with body weight exercises, push ups, pull ups, those things.
