Dark Invitation

[Wulf]

Wulf takes his notebook out and writes a bit, then hands it over to Telamon. It reads: I would like to know more about the ones called "The Fallen". I heard about them from the one named Banith, and was wondering what exactly they were.

[telemachus]

"They're the undead risen by the Lich." He leans on the banister, only his head looks back.

"I wouldn't be in Mittelmarch right now if I were you." then turned looking back out.

[Wulf]

He writes more then hands it too him. : Then the caretaker in the forest was actually planning to attack the town? Also, i was wondering, why is it that you hate humans? Was it because they took your land, or killed someone important to you maybe?

[telemachus]

"I'm not sure the caretaker you speak of, if you mean the Lich called Giggles. Then yes he plans to attack Mittelmarch. I do not get in the way of his workings. He rules on his own. I am but the helping hand for all these "Dark Lords" if you will?"

He laughs at the next question, "You're mistaken, I don't hate humans...there's probably a few in this city who are tough enough to survive our ways. And by our ways, I mean the strongest survives. It's not humans I hate, it's the so called good. Though Man may be the source for much of the strife caused to these beasts. I've seen the manipulation of the "good" races.

I myself was an elf, but I have given myself to the Dark Father. I do not consider race anymore. I am but a child of the darkness and I wish to crush the light.

[Wulf]

Wulf looks at him momentarily in deep thought wondering about his next action. He takes the notebook and write a little bit more. It reads: If you would allow it, i can talk to the mittelmarch dwellers and tell them to stop this bloodshed if you would do the same for the caretaker. I don't think this is the right way to solve anyones problems, and i'm sure i could make them reconsider a war with you. Your both just people who want your cities to be left alone without the worry of being pushed out of your homeland.

[telemachus]

Telamon hands the notebook back to Wulf.

"You are naive, but it humors me. I do not hold the leash of Giggles, he attacks on his own desires. Banith has yet to wage war with anyone since he's taken this place. His forces grow. I am not the one to negotiate "peace" with, perhaps you start with my lord Banith. Perhaps you can convince him to aid Mittelmarch."

[Wulf]

Wulf sighs heavily as he writes in big words across an empty page then holds it open for him to read: "I already tried that."

He writes a little bit more and hands the notebook back to him. It reads: I remembered something a little while ago and was wondering about it. Why were you after that elf in the tavern? If there's no official war and your not aiding the caretaker, what was your purpose on attacking her?

[telemachus]

"I did not attack her... she could be a powerful ally, but she denies me..."

"Too bad really...I'm afraid I may have to kill her."

[Wulf]

Wulf narrows his eyes unhapily as he writes more then hands it back. : I wouldn't suggest that if i were you. Besides, you'd have to go back to mittelmarch to get her anyway, and if you leave to get her, whats stopping me from leaving?

Wulf hands the notebook back, a serious look in his eyes as he glares towards Telamon.

[telemachus]

Telamon takes the notebook and reads. As he reads, Wulf notices the two Elvin blades sitting across the desk. They appear out of place.

"I already have her atop this spire my friend." He tosses him the notebook and turns to the ledge. "Now be gone. We shall talk later."

[Wulf]

Wulf takes the notebook and nods, as he quickly turns and walks away, quietly reaching over and grabbing the swords on his way out, not knowing whether or not he was told that on purpose or if it were not more than a slip up of words, but either way, he had to at least get her out of here. He quickly made his way for the stairs, trying to keep a low profile.
