unit usually, but if you ask nicely you could probably find a camp willing to take you in

depends on the camp actually, how big a tent are you looking to make? my tent is about a 15 by 15 space, and it fits just fine usually

Ah mine shouldn't be that big I have no clue on the actual specs yet though but I have a design that i like ^^ |

...Just a little background on rag camping for anyone else who hasn't been to the new site: there are specific camping spots (designated the first year Dagorhir hosted Ragnarok at this new site) for you to camp by unit or realm, whichever your group is.. these camping spaces, for the most part, do not change. They remain the same each year. For those people who go to rag without a specific camping spot or unit/realm to camp with, they stay on Merchant's Row, which is just a long stretch of non-unit campers at the bottom of the main hill on the site. I've heard it can be really fun if you get to know the people around you..

Just to clarify Tari, its Mercenaries Row where unitless people camp at rag at the bottom of the hill. Merchants row is for Merchants. I too have heard good things about it, but I would much prefer to camp in Goon Camp. I have a pretty sweet tent spot. |

Also my girlfriend might be attending ragnarok with me for the week (not fighting just for support and all) is it required to be in garb the whole time your there?

I thought I heard an ugly ruling last year at Rag War Council about spectators needing to wear garb if they plan to watch. If I'm talking out of my ass, please say so. What I do know is if you plan on going out to the other camps at night to have a drink and party and such, garb is definitely required. Down to the drinking vessel pretty much. She doesn't need a new dress everyday, but bring enough to wear throughout the week (especially since she won't be packing weapons and armor; should have plenty of space for garb). I personally pack 4 tunics, 3 scrub pants, and my wrap pants. Wrap pants are f'ing great, by the way. Also, hello MM boards, it's been a while. |

Another thing you need to think about with your G/F coming: Minors are not allowed on site without their parent or permanent legal guardian on site as well. You will be 18 by rag, but will your gf?
