Six dowel rods: $6 One 2" x 3" stud: $3 Making multiple swords at once without getting DAP everywhere: Priceless Credit for the idea goes to my roommate, Mike Reynolds. I bought six 5/16" oak dowel rods (36" long) and cut them into 12" pieces. Then an eight-foot 2" x 3" general purpose stud. Cut the stud in half, cut notches to stack them into an X, then drilled holes at the center, and at 6" intervals outward. Here are more pics: Alric

Wow, Hairy finally did something right.... Except really it was his intellectually superior roommate. Unfortunately, the world will never know the truth...

Intellectually superior? I will beat you with an unsafe weapon (remember that, Theo?) until you acknowledge the truth.
