Would this pass, or is it even make-able?

...You mean a foam batlith?
I'm gonna go with a no, because to use it you'd have to be making a punching motion to strike.

I think Atticvs made one once upon a time, looked cool, but i I think it was made so you could strike with the edges not punch with it. It looked more like the klingon blade, curved and everything. Super Josh, your design looks more of a punching weapon with real small area for a a good hack. Looks cool and may be do-able but needs a re-design

Oh, I know, that's just an extremely rough sketch done over about 2 minutes in Paint. Any suggestions for a redesign?

Isen informed me the other day, the batlith atticss made was never inteded to be used, as it IS illegal. Atticvs just thought it would be cool to make.
Theres no way to make a true batlith for this game, since it requires a punching motion to strike with. You could make a modifief quarterstaff, which might work.

Yeah that's what i was kinda thinking, I'd have to draw something up for you to get what I mean, basically a quarter staff, with a hand guard

Not necessarily. If you're handy with a needle and thread (which I'm not, but my mom is), it isn't impossible, merely difficult.

Ideas for a redesign?
First, i would try adding padding to both sides of the handle. That way you can strike with both sides. Then, I would cut the foam off the bottom third of it so you can grip it better and get a better hand hold. Not to mention it'd increase the reach. Then you would need to put some kind of foam on the bottom so that it isn't exposed core. Then cover that.
Sarcasm asside; just make a sword. It's practical, easy, and about 900 million times more effective. No exageration. You could put hours of your time into planning and construction, and then lots of money for materials and what not, and you'd end up with a weapon that'd be almost useless, if it's even legal.

It would do miserably against Shields, though, wouldn't it? I mean, it has no method of getting around a shield, unless you let go with one hand, and then it's just a sword with two handles. It WOULD be a nice weapon against Reds, but really that just depends on the person holding the Red.
Even if you CAN make it, I don't think it's worth it. You'll lose many matches with it.
