The Feast at the O's was amazing I couldn't believe the portions or the fact that you guys had left overs... WOW Please post the recipe for that Fan-Fricken-tastic potatoe salad!

I agree... I'm not one for potato salad, but, it was fantastic... even though it wasn't in my stomach for long

I fail at posting that night. Got too busy gearing up for Discord.
Jovian Potato Salad:
2 lbs. potatoes (5 to 6 medium), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks 1 cup Mayo, buckle down and use Helmann's or it will not be as good. Don't cut this corner or you will regret it. 2 Tbsp. vinegar, I used red wine vinegar 1-1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1/2 cup chopped onion, I used reds 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional). Some of the potatoe salad had no egg
