Looking for a Job

[Giggles "Adguin"]

Giggles after cleaning his clothes headed for the Silvermoon Tavern. He may be new to Mittelmarch but even he can see a good bar from a mile away. He goes in pays a modest fee to the bar keep for what he was about to do. Standing on a chair Giggles announced. "My name is Giles. I look to be the undertaker for the city. Who ever points me in the right direction to the people who can give me this job will have 10 gold pieces as a down payment. Who here can lead me to my new job?!"

(OOC: this is a open thread and anyone can attend it. BTW Giggles is one of the few characters you guys can kill in RPing but make it a good part of it, not a random killing please.)
P.S. unless Giggles tells you or writes his name down you have to call him Giles.

[Tsukasa]

Tsukasa is sitting in the cornor by himself. He had visited the Silvermoon in hopes to gain some information on the bandits he was chasing. He wasn't having any luck on gathering any information and that is when he notices 'Giles' standing on a chair. This might be someone to keep an eye on. Tsukasa continue to drink his drink.

[Giggles "Adguin"]

Sensing something "new" probe him slightly Giggles looks over to see an almond eyed foreigner in strange green clothes enjoying his drink. He has a way to sense me, but he has yet to fully master it...hmm. He approaches the men openly and says, "You seem 'interesting' my friend...Let me buy you a drink and maybe we can help each other."

[Tsukasa]

Tsukasa offered Giles a chair at the table. "Greetings Giles-san." Tsukasa continue to watch Giggles. That is when he noticed the smell coming forth from Giggles.

"I know what you are wanting Giles-san, but I'm new to these lands and not exactly sure how I would be able to help you secure the job that you want. I also don't understand why you would want that job. Where I come from, it is the job of the eta, half people, to take care of the dead. It is below a samurai to even touch a body. Aren't there any laws or customs like that here in Mittelmarch?"

[Giggles "Adguin"]

"Why my good sir everyone needs a proper burial. Would you have your mother or father rot in the sun to be food for vultures and maggots? To be looted by thieves and the like? Can you imagine a worse way to dishonor yourself then to allow that to happen? Also those, what were they? The 'Eta'? you may have considred them below human but if they didn't do the job what would you do? No my friend this may not be the best job for all but it has to be done."

Giggles sees that the man feels slightly insulted at this. "I don''t mean to offend stranger, for in these lands there are so many different people and beliefs that one may always insult one unintentional. Now I also sell potions for helping one's sense or to help heal wounds. If you need such potions I'd be happy to trade for something."
"Also I haven't heard your name yet sir."

[Tsukasa]

Tsukasa sat there and listen to 'Giles'. He didn't sense that he was lying out right, but he could sense that he had other reasoning behind wanting to become the undertaker of Mittelmarch.

"My name is Tsukasa. I will overlook this insult once. If you insult me again though, I will have to defend my honor." Tsukasa places his hand on katana.

"You know though, you might be able to help me. I'm looking for some bandits. They would have arrived around the same time I did. Would you have any information on them?"

[Giggles "Adguin"]

"Hmmm....there are a lot of those in the lands. this land just went through a war with the Jovians, Tsukasa. They were vicious and some have gone to banditry to just get by... Do they look like you, clothes wise, or more like the others here? For I recall a few looking like you in Mittlemarch. But they weren't bandits.
"However I'll send my best trackers out to find your bandits. All I ask is for that job, if you are ever in a position of influence in these lands. One moment I'll be right back."
Giggles' leaves for a few minutes and returns with a very fat and wide halfling who's head was kind of lopping around.
"This is my best tracker Arsehead." Tsukasa tries not openly gag at the smell which is even greater then Giggles.
"I apologize for the smell but he had to get a corrpse that was in the lake for weeks. But I promise you if you can give him either a descrption or article of their clothes he can find the men you are looking for, right Arsehead?"

"Mmhmhmmmf!" was his reply.
Giggles 'slaps' his back. "I've told you to cut back on the sweets! and not to talk with your mouth full!"
"Sorry master." was his only reply.

[Tsukasa]

Tsukasa looked at Arsehead for a moment. Something about Arsehead made Tsukasa feel just a little unease. Tsukasa decides to trust Giles. He gives Arsehead a description of the bandits.

"Well, I must go Giles-san. Thank you for your help."

Tsukasa finishes his drink and then leaves the Silvermoon.

[Giggles "Adguin"]

Giggles leaves the Tavern as well after Tsukasa. He heads for an alley way with Arsehead. "I want you to give him only a general direction. We need him as an ally for as long as we can decieve him. Also seeing as how Oof thinks he killed me I'll need to back another in the running for a king."
"My master," Arsehead asked, "why are you bulding alliances? You could wipe all these lesser beings out in the blink of an eye and raise them as part of your will! Why do you not do this?!"
"Oh why thats a great idea! I'll do just that!"
"Really?"
Giggles cuts Arsehead into little tiny pieces and then puts him toghter again. "Did that answer one of your questions?"
"yes.....master.."
"Good, never forget your place and DON'T. EVER. QUESTION. ME AGAIN! I have a tiny army and there are plenty of dead from the war! I could raise army without having to make myself known! Now go track those bandits down!"
Arsehead disappeared into some exposed earth and left.
"Now as for you...."
Giggles grabbed a random bystander who heard everything and covered their mouth.
"Well want to know something else I just learned woman?"
She looks at Giggles in horro.
"I'm capable of being hungry and you look....delicious...."
No one ever saw her again.
