In the once great chamber of the Mittelmarch Council, the oval table and chairs have been removed. Now a raised throne sits at the back looking over citizens arguing and waiting their turn to be heard by the new Lord Harrow. The roar is silenced by the slamming open of doors. Crimson soldiers barge in clearing out a path. General Karth marches in eyeing the non-humans in the room. He bows to Harrow.
“My Lord, heathens have slain 3 of my captains and stolen some of our supplies. I’ve sent scout teams to route them out and bring them to Mittelmarch alive to made an example .”

Meanwhile, Jari, a dwarven smithy over on Settler way, is hammering away at sword. Two Jovian guards start posting a Wanted Poster outside his shop. He doesn't argue, he's not stupid. He waits til they go on.
He yanks it down, "Ya got ta be kiddin me! Damn good for nothin, sons-ah..."
He sees the faces of Rune and Rook. A hefty bounty for bringin them in alive. He crumbles it up and tosses it in the fire.

A unit of Jovians approached the Defenders property within Mittelmarch. The captain told one of the Defenders that he wishes to speak with their leader immediately. 8 men stood ready for any command the captain would give.

A flurry of activity commences within the defender compound as the gate guard calls for Anvil.
Anvil appears shortly and walks directly to the gate with 4 men-at-arms behind him. Several archers can be seen moving around to various post within the compound trying to look casual.
Anvil stops just inside the gateway and looks at the captain.
"What can I do for you today Jovian?"

OoC: A somewhat mangy mutt idles past the troop of Jovian soldiers in the street, pausing only to pee on the stiff, upright leg of one of the soldiers before quickly running back into a nearby ally.
