Looking good, you may need to add an extra layer of foam on a weapon that big though, I know I did manslayer II, just because of the sheer force that can be put into them.

What did you use for a core? Does it flex much?

Hey! Captain Comeback is the third greatest quarterback the Colts have ever had! But Harbaugh, Jordan, and David Robinson? Definitely out of date. Alric

hay i like them and am to lazy to take them down i used two pices of 3/4 in pvc together and taped them together it flexs side to side some but not up and down the sock is just to keep it together because i used double sided tape and it has some time pealed away from the core so i put it on their to keep the soward together untill i can get a cover and two more layers

One suggestion:
It looks like you put the flat on last. It's a good idea not to put the flat on first, but you shouldn't put it on last, either. You should put two layers of blade (or more if you're building a monster like this), then put the flat on, then the last layer of blade. It'll reinforce the flat.
1. Blade 2. Blade (add more layers of blade here for a bigger sword) 3. Flat 4. Blade

So it's done perfect since he's adding another layer over that one. ;D
Keyna said she'd be willing to sew a cover with either the white material shovak donated or any other material you have.
