I made a skirt that i wore to the olympics. that was one of those times when it was a tad too chilly. i had shorts on underneath, and thank goodness, cause it was a bit windy that day! but on warm days, skirts work!

hehe, i made a new sword, but im a little concerned about the design. The sword is over all 30 inches, but the blade is 18 na dthe handle is 12, is that illegal, i know that the manual says 2/3 of a weapon must be paaded, but i didn't know if that counted teh handle or not.

The rule is currently: So your sword is currently illegal. Since it's a short weapon, you won't create much force below the blade, so one layer of padding should be enough to cover the last 2 inches. I agree w/ Alric. Just use 1 layer of blue foam or some pipe insulation to cover the little bit of extra you need. Actually, are you counting the pommel in overall length? The pommel is padded...

Siege weapons are not currently allowed under the rules, but are sometimes worked into scenarios. Remember the holy trinity of Dagorhir: Safety, Playability, and Realism. Siege weapons are obviously Realistic, and usually Playable, but Safety is a huge concern. I'm sure the head honchos in Mittelmarch will work out a scenario or two if you provide the trebuchet.

alright just checkin. ya, that would be awesome to have a scenario with sieges, but i can understand the safety issue. it'd be fun to try sometime though
